Last year, my mum bought us a rose for our garden called “Golden Anniversary” for my wife and I, as we celebrated our 50 years of marriage.
It is a lovely golden yellow, and a very full bloom which flowered earlier, in late Spring/early Summer as usual. it has now, in November, decided to have another go, so I’ve just written a poem about it, taken a photograph, and posted the result on the Photopoetry section of this site.
